1.  Which items are final sale?

All sale items, hats, hair products, jewelry and shoes are final size which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  1. Do you carry petite or plus sizes?

Most of our items are available in sizes Small, Medium, and Large. This is mainly due to vendor availably. On occasion we do carry XS and XL. 
  1. Can I cancel my order?

After an order is processed and shipped you cannot cancel the order. You can return or exchange the items if they are still eligible. 
  1. How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an email notification when there are any updates to your order such as fulfillment and shipping notices. Please be sure to use a working email so that you are able to receive notifications and stay up to date with your orders.

  1. Will you be restocking this item?

We like to keep our items as unique as possible so we don’t do very many restocks! BUT if an item was in high demand or highly requested we try to do our best to get a restock! 
  1. My local pick up order says "processing". When will it be ready to pick up?

You will receive a notification (to the email you gave at checkout) when your order has been marked as “ready for pick up”. Be sure to always check your spam folder as well if you do not see this notification within 48 hours. - Click here to see more info on local pick up orders. 
  1. How long are gift cards and e-cards valid?
