Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund, if within our return window.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How long does shipping take?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the US. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day. Couriers do not pick up on Sunday or Monday. Any order placed after 2pm on Saturday, will not go out until the following Tuesday.
We offer two shipping options! $5 Standard shipping (5-7 business days) or $10 Express shipping (2 days).
Do you accept returns?
Yes! Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with tags attatched.
You can return the item 7 days from the date you purchased it or recieved it to receive a full refund. You can return an item 14 days from the day you purchased/received it for a store credit or exchange.
Any returns past the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
How do i start a return?
You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose.
